Loan repayment management – Manual drop via loan manage page
The manual method of dropping loan repayment is possible when you go to the loan manager page.
To do this
1. Go to customer manage page
2. On customer page, move to the loan tab to see the loan
3. Click on manage button
4. This will take you to the loan management page
5. Go to repayment schedule tab to see all due repayments
6. Click ‘Drop’ button to drop the repayment you required to drop.
The process will dropped the due repayment amount to the customer savings account by debiting the account with due amounts.
