There is need to set approval limit for users that will be assigned to approve transactions

This limit ensure control and limit risk in financial transactions

Users cannot approval transactions higher than the limits set for them.

To do this follow the following steps

1. Click on ‘Settings’  menu from the list of menu items by the right side panel of the system
2. On the setting page click on ‘Users’ sub menu
3. This will list all the users
4. Select the users to manage
5. On the user manager page, go to toward the bottom of the page
6. Set the deposit approval limit for the user
7. Set the withdrawal approval limit for the user
8. Set GL transaction approval limit for the user
9. Click on Update button to commit changes.
